Aims of the School

We aim to help every child to reach the highest level of personal achievement in an atmosphere in which they grow in self-confidence, self-esteem and self-reliance, in preparation for adult life.

 We will do this by:

• providing a wide and varied curriculum with particular emphasis on Literacy, Numeracy, Science and the development of Information and Communication Technology skills
•  providing a caring, supportive and safe environment
• encouraging mutual respect between all those in the school community
• providing opportunities for pupils to work together and on their own
• working co-operatively with parents
• involving the local community in the work of the school.
